Sam Lheron
Senior Robotics Engineer
Sam grew up in Massachusetts, where he received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Amherst. Before joining Tortuga, Sam worked on 3D printers and with robotic fish and industrial automation equipment, gaining experience in quality management, mechanical design, testing, and systems integration. He is drawn to technology for its potential to change the world, and is excited to utilize his skills to develop a smarter and more sustainable way to farm.
In his free time, Sam enjoys climbing, playing music, riding bikes and exploring nature.
