Rosalyn Rivera

Rosalyn has a Chemical Engineering Bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico and MBA in Global Management. She spent most of her career in the manufacturing of drug products and medical devices in Puerto Rico, Colorado, Alabama, and California. In her most recent role, she spent 18 months at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Center from start-up and through 2 Peak seasons and 2 Prime weeks. During this time, Rosalyn led teams from 250 to over 7000 employees.

Born and raised in the island of Puerto Rico, Rosalyn enjoys time spent with family, walking on the beach, and listening to all kinds of music. She is passionate about working with the community on Relay for Life events with the American Cancer Society. She also coaches/mentors women in business and STEM students in high school. In early 2022, Rosalyn took a more active role with the Alzheimer’s Association and is an advocate with California state and federal representatives. She is part of the Board of Directors for 2 additional non-profit organizations.
