Napoleon Juarez

Napoleon has a BA degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from California State University, Bakersfield. He has spent his career working in Human Resources and leadership roles. In his most recent role, Napoleon spent 3 years at an Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Center, from the building's launch through 3 Peak seasons and 4 Prime weeks. During this time, Napoleon led various teams within the Inbound department, including stow and dock, and had 100 plus direct reports under his leadership.

Born and raised in Bakersfield CA located in the Central Valley, Napoleon loves time spent with family, playing soccer and traveling around the world. He is passionate about his community and actively participates in the Bakersfield police activity league where he tutors kids and helps coach kids on their future career goals.
